"Eternal Life" Instruction Manual
(Same as: "Being SAVED", "Born Again {spiritually}", acquiring "eternal Salvation")
WARNING: Being baptized does not save you or give eternal life
CAUTION: In order to Be Saved, you must have 100% concentration and no distractions!
NOTE: Once performed properly, you can NEVER LOSE your ticket to Heaven.
1. RECOGNIZE AND ADMIT THAT YOU ARE A SINNER
- Psalm 51:5 - "Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother
conceive me."
- TRANSLATION: It's not what you've done but that you were simply
born into sin. It's heriditary in all our family line all the way back to Adam who started sin
- Romans 3:23: "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
- (Yes--this includes the Dhali Lama, Mormon John Smith, and Pope John Paul II!)
- Romans 6:23: "For the wages of sin is death..."
- GOD's economy does not recognize "I've been a good person through life."
The simple fact is even if you sin once before you die your soul is destined for hell (as referred to
by the bible as 'death') for eternity
2. REPENTANCE (not only saying you won't do it again but actually not doing it again) - know that it is accepted by God TODAY
- 2 Corinthians 6:2: "...behold, now is the day of salvation."
- The time to repent is TODAY! NOW! Who knows what moment He will return?
- ROMANS 10:9,10 - "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
- Notice that to "be saved" has nothing to do with "giving till it hurts" or
giving all your time to help others. It's not what we DO it's what we BELIEVE! THAT'S ALL IT TAKES!
- John 3:4-7: "...Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a
man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God..."
- When we are born of our mother, our flesh is alive but our
spirit (not soul) initially dead. To be "born again" refers to your spirit. If you accept eternal
salvation, your spirit will be re-born ... or born again ... and that is enough to enter Heaven

I recognize that I am a sinner... and am worthy of the fires of Hell. Father, I believe that Jesus is Your Son, that He died for all of our sins, and that You brought Him back to life again. I pray, Father... send Jesus into my heart--right now. Send Jesus to cleanse me of my sins and to make me right in Thine eyes. ...this I pray, in Jesus' precious name... Amen." |

4. Must-follow pointers for a successful life now that you're saved
- BECOME BAPTIZED - Matthew 28:19: Baptism in water is symbolic of the death, burial, and
resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is an outward sign of an inward change.
It is a public testament of your faith to your peers and brothers and
sisters in Christ.
- Contrary to some religious beliefs, baptism does not save you or guarantee you entrance to Heaven. If you're told that, ask the person to show you in the Bible where it says that
- Tithe - Malachi 3:10: "Bring ye all the tithes
into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house..."
Tithe = 10% of your gross income, meat = the Word of God, "mine house" = the church. Therefore, to tithe is to give 10% of all your earnings to the church so it may grow and preach the Word of God. Donating money to honorable charities and to television evalgelists is good but not tithing. First, give God His rightful 10% and anything beyond that which you give (charities, other ministries) is called an "offering."
